Hi guys,
I am building an M90 variant turbo rig. Thought I would get any advice on my plans. Here's what I've got:
1978 Euro "L" block w/ stock 93.4mm bore
Standard M30 86mm crank shaft
144mm S38 conrods
Customized M30 head w/ 262 cam
My plan is to bore to 94mm
Use custom forged pistons
Target CR is 9:1
Engine builder is Costa Mesa R&D.
Thanks,
Mike

I hate to say it,but, m90s love to blow head gaskets between cylinders, because there's not enough meat between them. I had an m90 originally. IMHO you would be better with an m30b34 or b35.
good luck

Not a good idea to bore it out.

I'm local to your area & am curious about a few things.
Will they run before & after flowbench #'s on your head? What are the expected numbers?
What RA are the capable of finishing your block to?
