Yes. It replaces the factory relay that is shared across the e30, e24, e23 and e28 line up. Unplug the factory relay, and this plugs right in.

What are the shipping costs for Germany and is one interior light delay left?

Bump for a great quality product.

My original dome light relay (PT # 61-31-1-373-975) was sticking and preventing my dome lights from coming on when a door was opened. From what I can tell it's NLA so I was looking for a solution. This product is the perfect fix; it replaced the original, defective relay which corrected my inop dome light problem, plus added the auto-dimming feature....very nice to have, especially with the longer hours of winter darkness approaching.
