Check out tcd, Todd has kits. You can also get parts on ebay and other sites. Depending on your goals and money there are several ways to go. It takes a big commitment to study, and understand what's involved.

yes but theres nots of sources to help as other cars like miatas and honda. i cant even find most parts for a e12

Try first 5's for the car. This used to be the place for m30 turbos, but as you can see....
