The part numbers are shown here: https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/showpa ... Id=36_0012 Apparently they are still available from the dealer and aren't very expensive.

Alas they are not: https://www.getbmwparts.com/oem-parts/b ... 6132225376
That was confirmed over on Schmiedmann which can't even pull up the part in a search.

I feel like a maroon for not buying a couple of extra caps back in 2020 when they were cheap and available.

I bought these https://www.ecstuning.com/BMW-E28-M5-S3 ... 132225376/ from ECS.

They're not OEM quality, but passable until BMW decides to start stocking them again.

Same, but from TCE directly who now live in Denver. The down side is they need to be painted/refinished. Maybe a better price if you contact them directly.

They do fit decent and are better than no center caps. I have had my set of wheels for 15 years but without caps, so at least I have them now! My original set went with the m5 I had previously...
