I have had the random fan speed changes the last year (e.g. set on 1, randomly jumps to speed 3). Suspecting the relay (?) at this point. Well, no fan today.

I believe 12 on the page you referenced is the temp control and 11 may not even be used on US cars. Me, being me, would try some deoxit first then post a WTB here or go looking on ebay, particularly as it does not appear to still be available.

Thanks Mike. I did buy a whole used HVAC panel some years ago. I'll start with your advice.
