The WYSIWYG editor is enabled by default on a per-user basis.
This can be changed in the User Control Panel. If this is turned off the default will be to use the Source editor.
You can override how they have UCP set with the checkbox at the bottom of the editor, on a per-post basis.
Examples of formatting supported by the new editor:
- Lists
- Work
- As
- Expected
- Even indented.
- Like this
- Bang
- Banger
- Bang
